Only noobs who don't know their mouse is lagging and their frame rate is being capped want vsync on. Having the vsync option in games at all irritates me. You know what? Having to do this irritates me. If I don't, the game will take it upon itself to change 'iPresentInterval=0' back to 'iPresentInterval=1'.
ini, save it, and go back to the launcher and run the game. So now I start the launcher, make the fallout.ini not read-only, edit the. But when I then ran the launcher and ran the game, vsync was back. So I went into the fallout.ini (after going into the properties for the file and unchecking the read-only box) and changed 'iPresentInterval=1' to 'iPresentInterval=0'. Only that didn't actually turn off vsync.Ģ.
Ok so I had problems with mouse lag, newly introduced after installing the newest Nvidia drivers (260.99).ġ.
